Belatedly catching up the RAE report

Dave Birch was handing out copies of the Royal Academy of Engineering report Dilemmas of Privacy and Surveillance, published March 07. How did I miss it? Glyn at ORG was right on the money.  Instant classic, eerily prescient as only a really good report can be. Some nice video comments here.
