Becky makes a good point: Transformational Government isn’t person-centric. It’s personal-data centric. There’s a big difference.
There’s nothing “personal” about the personalisation it advocates; it would be truer to describe it as “data-subject-specific”.

Amen! They make a big play of suggesting that Transformational Government will make everything revolve around the ‘customer’. But no company I do business with is going to insist on interrogating me first or charging me 1000GBP if I forget to tell them of a change of address.
