In the light of the HMRC situation is Transformational Government, with its presumption for centrally managed personalised services despite the lack of any credible plan for ID management

If (c), what will it take?
I see there’s a petition to abandon ContactPoint, and the government has told da House it will be delayed by five months (says Channel4 News).
