Educational reach

Wouldn’t it be better if educational institutions could make their expertise available beyond their campus or catchment area.

So that,

Pupils interested in pursuing a particular course of study need not be constrained by what is offered by their local school
Studies need not be disrupted by a relocation from one part of the country to another
Teachers and lecturers could reach students beyond their own campus who have an interest in their specialised subject
Vocational training and adult education could be offered at the time and in the location that best suits the student
Sufficient resources would become available to invest in minority subjects where demand is thinly spread
More UK education was globally available for everyone who could benefit

Ideal Government
