tBBC and Hostinng Matters wer great about it so I sent them a thank you note, and got an immediate reply:
“Your ticket has been submitted to our Technical Support department. One of our staff members will review and respond to it. The details for this ticket are listed below. If you would prefer to update this item via the web interface…” etc
