Definitely not banned — and apologies for the ambiguous signposting on the site and any difficulties encountered with the links.
To register (to edit, evaluate and comment on the debate map) click on the “Register” link shown at the bottom of the Debate Dashboard (or on the Register tab at http://www.debatemapper.com).

When I click on “join the community” or whatever, it says “Error” and in red “exception something or other”. Am I banned?
