No-one values Stake Holders more than I, and I am writing to ask you, a a valued Stake Holder, for your help with some important research we are carrying out into our key Stake Holder Relationships.

The research will involve a wide cross-section of our partners and Stake Holders, and will be conducted in accordance with our current Guidelines for Better Customer and Stake Holder Insight (GBCSHI). I would really value your contribution.

The Civil Service has a firm commitment to improve the way we engage with our Stake Holders. We have been working hard in recent years to focus on building more effective relationships, and have made some good progress, but still have more to do.

To help us continue to build on our Excellence in Stakeholder Insight Programme (EISIP) of which the GBCHSI forms an integral part we are asking for your feedback on how we are doing now and what we could do better. We have commissioned Cap-Gemini-Accenture to create a Stake Holder Analysis Database (SHAD) and their partners GfK-Ipsos-NOP-MORI to run an online survey in order to create input data.

I would like all Ideal Government readers to participate. I shall convey to you through the medium of this Web Log a link to the survey in the next few days. The survey will take no longer than two hours to complete.

The content of all responses will be completely confidential. Responses will become crown copyright on submission and subject to certain terms and conditions (“The conditions”). This is merrely normal prcedure.
