Success has many fathers. MySoc and James G very possibly among them. Also possibly, Jacqui Smith and her month-old desire to put openness at the heart of “everything we do”. Who knows but perhaps the Prime Minister’s volte face is an early effect of President Obama’s new administration.
But for sure one father, in this case, is a lady called Heather Brooke.
